If your Journey V / Journey is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.
The memory capacity of this device is 8GB (built-in, flash-shared memory). Supports an expandable microSD card up to 32GB.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu

  2. Navigate:

  3. Tap
    Storage
     then view the desired storage location:
    • Phone
      • Total Space
      • Used
      • Available
    • SD Card
      Only available if an SD / memory card is inserted.
      • Total Space
      • Used
      • Available
    • Unmount SD card
    • Erase SD card
