Here's how to set when your Nokia 3 V vibrates to alert you of an incoming call.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Sound
    .
  3. Slide the
    Ring volume
    slider to the left until the Vibrate icon Vibration icon appears and the device vibrates.
