Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your Galaxy Tab S5e is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon Filter and sort icon
      .
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. Ensure All is selected in the 'Filter by' section.
      Selected when blue dot appears.
  4. Tap
    Uninstall
    .
  5. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.
