Activate your Galaxy A10 to get started. This ensures you can make calls, send messages, and connect to the internet.

Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device powers on. Select your language then tap
    Start
    .
  2. Review the Terms and Privacy screen, then tap
    Next
    .
  3. Confirm the correct phone number displays then tap
    Next
    .
  4. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  5. Complete the activation steps as prompted then tap
    Next
    .
  6. To copy apps and data, tap
    Next
     to transfer your content or tap
    Don't copy
    .
  7. Sign in to your Google™ account or create a new one.
  8. Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Service option (e.g., Gemini, Location, etc.).
  9. Set up a screen lock and face recognition to secure your device.
  10. To allow Verizon Services to collect Location and Apps info, tap
    Accept
    .
  11. Tap
    Agree
     or
    Accept
     to add addtional storage with Verizon Cloud or secure your device with Verizon Protect.
  12. Sign in to your Samsung account to access Galaxy-specific features.
  13. Tap
    Done
     to complete setup.
