Before you begin

The Verizon Protect app is compatible with Apple® iOS 16/ iPadOS 16 or higher and Android™ smartphones with OS 10.0 or higher.

Apple iOS

  1. Open the
    App Store app
    .
  2. Tap
    Search
    .
  3. From the Search field, enter Verizon Protect then tap
    Search
    .
  4. Tap the
    Verizon Protect app
     then tap
    Get
    .
  5. Once installation is complete, tap
    Open
    .
  6. From the Your privacy is important screen, tap
    Accept
    .
  7. From the Upgrade screen, tap the desired plan option then tap
    Activate
    .

Android

  1. Open the
    Play Store app
    .
  2. In the search field, enter Verizon Protect.
  3. Tap the
    Verizon Protect app
     then tap
    Install
    .
  4. Once installed, tap
    Open
    .
  5. From the Verizon Protect screen, tap
    Accept
    .
  6. From the Allow Phone Permissions screen, tap
    Allow Permissions
    .
  7. From the Upgrade screen, tap the desired plan option then tap
    Activate
    .
