Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Protect app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Services
    Security Scan
    Scan Now
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • If no threats are detected:
      1. Review the Scan summary then tap
        Got it
        .
    • To resolve individual threats:
      1. Tap the action under the corresponding threat (e.g., Delete, Uninstall, Disable, etc.).
      2. To confirm, tap
        Yes
        .
    • To resolve multiple threats:
      1. Tap
        Resolve all
        .
      2. Review the list of actions then tap
        Yes
        .
