Restart Router via Admin WebGUI

Try restarting your 5G Home Router via the Admin WebGUI for issues like slowness or not recognizing connected devices. This clears software issues and restores the device to its normal operation.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Admin WebGUI.
  2. Click the
    Dropdown menu
     on the upper right of the Home Page.
  3. Click
    Restart 5G Home Router
    .
    The circular LED light on the top of the router turns off along with the device.
    May take up to 10 minutes before service is available.
