Here's how to erase all data on the memory card of your Galaxy A20.
This procedure erases all data on the memory card. It is recommended to back up the data.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / Memory card is inserted.
  1. Ensure that your smartphone isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.
  2. Open the
    Settings app

  3. Navigate:
    Battery and Device care
    Storage
    .
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Advanced
    .
  5. Tap the name of the SD / Memory card.
    The name varies depending upon the type of card used.
  6. Tap
    Format
    .
  7. Review the disclaimer then tap
    Format SD card
    .
    Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
