Samsung Galaxy A20 - Manage Contactless Payments

Here's how to use 'Tap & pay' on the Galaxy A20.

This feature manages payment apps. The 'Tap & pay' option doesn't apply to Android Beam and won't include certain apps such as money transfer apps.

You can use the 'Tap & pay' feature to pay for items just by touching your phone to a reader at a checkout register.

If your device doesn't have a payment app, you can browse Google Play™ for payment apps.

For the 'Tap & pay' option to appear, NFC must be turned on.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Connections

NFC and contactless payment

Ensure the

NFC and contactless payment switch

is on.

Tap

Contactless payments

All activated wallets are added under 'Contactless payments'.

If multiple wallets are activated, a user can at any point change the default by going to the 'Payment' tab and updating your selection.
