Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 - Enable / Disable / Modify Screen Lock

Here's how to set up, change or disable the screen lock option (e.g., password, pattern, etc.) for your Galaxy Watch Active2.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® , ensure your Galaxy Watch Active2 software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Home button
    to open the apps screen.
    If prompted, enter the current PIN.
    Press and hold the Power button
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    Security
    Lock
    Type
    .
  3. Enter the current PIN or pattern.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Set up or modify a PIN:
      1. Tap
        PIN
        .
      2. Enter a numeric 4-digit PIN.
      3. Re-enter the numeric PIN.
    • Set up or modify a Pattern:
      1. Tap
        Pattern
        .
      2. Draw the desired pattern.
      3. Re-draw the pattern to confirm.
    • To disable the screen lock, tap
      None
      .
  5. If a PIN or pattern has been set, tap
    Use for
     then select one of the following:
    • Screen and payments
    • Payments only
