moto g7 play - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

If your moto g7 play isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email, here's how to check Do Not Disturb settings.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sound
    Do Not Disturb
    .
  3. Tap
    See all exceptions
    .
  4. Tap any of the available switches (e.g., Allow alarms, Play media sounds , etc.) to turn on or off.
  5. Tap the
    Back icon
     Back icon to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap either of the following then select the appropriate options to edit the settings for what can interrupt the Do Not Disturb setting when it's turned on:
    • Calls
    • SMS, MMS, and messaging apps
  7. Tap the
    Back icon
    .
  8. To turn a schedule on or off, tap
    Schedules
     then tap the
    schedule name
    .
    To create a new schedule tap
    Add more
    .
