If you’re troubleshooting an issue with Disney+ support, you’ll need a reference number, which can be found by signing in to the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Managing Disney isn't available for some accounts in the My Verizon app on Apple devices. Refer to View Disney+ Reference Number - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Disney
    .
    If the Disney account creation has not been completed, tap 'Set up' or Register'.
  3. View the Disney+ reference number.
