Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Galaxy S20+ 5G / Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap an option (e.g., Mail, Contacts, Calendar, etc.) to sync now.
    The items presented vary depending on account type.
    To sync all:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon.

      Sync now
