Resetting network settings on your moto g stylus can help fix problems with connecting to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data, or pairing a Bluetooth™ device.

Before you begin

Bluetooth and cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords) are cleared or restored to default values by completing the steps below.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Advanced
    Reset options
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Reset settings
     to confirm.
