Care Smart app - Add a Primary Caregiver

Here's how to add a primary caregiver via the Care Smart app.

Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

Primary caregivers can only be added via the Care Smart app on either the primary caregiver's smartphone or the Care Smart watch app.

Open the

Care Smart app

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

Tap

Trust Circle

From the 'Trust Circle' screen, tap the

Add Contact icon

(upper-right).

Enter the following info:

Enter mobile phone number

Enter contact's first name

Enter contact's last name

From the 'Permission level' dropdown, select

Primary caregiver

Tap

Save

(upper-right).

The primary caregiver receives a text message with instructions to install the Care Smart app and accept the invitation.
