Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your OnePlus 8 5G UW if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Automatically sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    The items presented vary depending upon account type.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
