Before you begin

Ensure your Voicemail is active.

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your OnePlus device or from another phone.

You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.

Steps

Open the

Phone app

Tap

Voicemail

then do any of the following:

To play a message, tap the

Play icon

To place a call back, tap the

3-dot Menu

and tap the

Call icon

Video Calling icon

To forward a message:

Tap the

3-dot Menu

and tap

Forward

Select

Messages

Gmail

Enter the applicable info then tap the

Send icon

To delete a message, tap the

3-dot Menu

then tap

Delete
