LG K51 - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)
Here's how to factory / hard reset your LG K51 if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.

- Personal data (e.g., Wi-Fi passwords, browser bookmarks, etc.) can be backed up to Google's servers.
