Add LTE Network Extender Contacts in Managed Access

Use the My Verizon website to adjust the access list for your LTE Network Extender. You can easily add authorized individuals, ensuring that they always have access to your network.

Before you begin

Ensure the Access type has been set to either Hybrid or Closed Access.
Managed access is not available for prepaid customers.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Account
    My devices
    Device overview
    .
  3. From the Select a device section, choose the Network Extender.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • If no list has been created:
      1. From the Access type line, select
        Edit
        .
      2. Choose
        Hybrid Access
         or
        Closed Access
         then select
        Continue
        .
      3. Enter an Access list name then select
        Continue
        .
    • If a list was already created, select
      Edit
       from the Access list section.
  5. Enter the desired Name and Phone number then select
    Add contact
    .
