Lenovo Flex 5G - Set Up Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up fingerprint recognition on your Flex 5G laptop.
  1. From the Home screen, tap or click the
    Start key
     Windows Start key.
  2. Tap or click the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon.
  3. Tap or click
    Accounts
    .
  4. From the left panel, tap or click
    Sign-in options
    .
    If you using a local account, the account must be password protected. Otherwise, fingerprints cannot be enrolled.
  5. Tap or click
    Windows Hello Fingerprint
    .
  6. Tap or click
    Set up
    .
  7. Tap or click
    Get started
    .
  8. Follow on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment. Create a PIN when prompted, in case your fingerprint cannot be recognized at Windows sign-in.
    Multiple fingerprints can be enrolled.
