Here's how to factory / hard reset your Galaxy A11 if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.

General management

Reset

Factory data reset

Review the info then tap

Reset

If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.

Tap

Delete all

Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.

If needed, set up your device. If troubleshooting third-party apps, don't restore app data.
