Here's how to turn Remote connection for your Galaxy Watch3 on or off.
The Remote connection setting allows your phone to send notifications, messages, and emails it receives directly to your watch.
  • The steps below only apply when your Samsung Galaxy Watch3 is paired to an Android™ smartphone.
  • A Samsung account is required for remote connection. Refer to Add a Samsung Account for assistance.
  1. Open the
    Galaxy Wearable app
     on your companion smartphone.
  2. From the Home tab, tap
    Account and backup
    .
    If unavailable, tap
    Watch Settings
     then tap
    Account and backup
    .
  3. Tap the
    Remote connection switch
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
    If prompted, review the info then tap
    Turn off
    .
