Here's how to place a call from your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the Keypad tab, enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Call icon
       Call icon (at the bottom).
    • From the Recents tab, select a recent call then tap the
      Call icon
      .
    • From the Contacts tab, select a contact then tap the
      Call icon
