Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Phone app
     Phone icon.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    Wi-Fi Calling switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If eSIM is enabled, tap
    Wi-Fi Calling
     then tap the appropriate switch to turn Wi-Fi calling on or off.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
    CONTINUE
    , enter a valid E911 address then tap
    Save
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on, tap
    Roaming network preference
    , select 'Wi-Fi preferred' or 'Mobile network preferred' then restart the device.
