Samsung Galaxy A51 5G UW - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your Galaxy A51 5G UW is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Filter and Sort icon
     Sort Filter icon then tap the
    Show system apps switch
     to turn on.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. To confirm, tap
        OK
        .
    • To uninstall app updates:
      1. Tap the
        Menu Icon
         Menu icon.
      2. Tap
        Uninstall Updates
        .
        This option is only available when an update has been installed.
      3. To confirm, tap
        OK
