Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 5G - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Galaxy Tab S7 5G.

The Galaxy Tab S7 5G supports microSD memory cards that can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

Ensure the device is powered off.

To power off the device, press and hold the

Power / Side button

and

Volume down button

(top edge) until the 'Power off' prompt appears then release and tap

Power off

From the top-right edge of the device (display facing up), remove the card tray.

Utilize the insertion / removal tool (or a paperclip) to unlock the tray by inserting it into the provided slot then remove the tray.

Do one of the following:

Insert SD / memory card

Ensure the gold contacts are facing down then press in on the card tray to lock into place.

Remove SD / memory card

From the bottom of the card, carefully lift to remove. To assist, use the opening on the opposite side of the tray to dislodge (using a fingernail or similar tool).

Insert the card tray then press it back into its slot until it clicks, making sure it's secure.
