LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Manage Data Usage

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD.
  • Data usage info provided by your LG G Pad 5™ 10.1 FHD may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit the My Verizon website.
    For Business Customer data, visit My Business.
  • To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family™.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Data Usage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap the
        date range dropdown menu
         Dropdown menu icon.
      2. Tap
        Change cycle...
        .
      3. Select the cycle date (first day of your bill cycle) then tap
        SET
        .
        Refer to your statement for the bill cycle date.
    • Set Mobile Data Warning:
      A notification message appears once the specified data usage level indicated by the red warning line is reached.
      1. Tap the
        Alert me about data usage switch
         to turn on.
        If prompted, review the message then tap
        OK
        .
      2. Drag the
        red warning line
         up or down to the desired level.
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      Mobile data is turned off when the data usage reaches the limit indicated by the warning line. To use apps needing data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.
      1. Tap the
        Limit mobile data usage switch
         to turn on.
        If prompted, review the message then tap
        OK
        .
      2. Drag the
        orange limit line
         up or down to the desired level.
