LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled from your LG G Pad 5™ 10.1 FHD can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
  2. Tap
    App info
     .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown menu icon
     Dropdown menu icon (upper-left) then select
    All apps
     .
  4. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) >
    Show system
     .
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
         .
      2. To confirm, tap
        OK
         .
    • To uninstall app updates:
      This option is only available when an update has been installed.
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon
         .
      2. Tap
        Uninstall updates
         .
      3. To confirm, tap
        OK
