Device Display and Status

Quickly view display status messages to troubleshoot signal issues or verify your LTE Network Extender is fully active and functioning properly.

Before you begin

The screen displays status messages and icons showing your connected devices and tracked GPS satellites. The screen turns off if you do not press the Display button for 30 seconds
If the Power or Status LED blinks after one hour, move the GPS antenna.
Refer to the user guide for more information about display messages and error codes.

Steps

  1. Reference the device display to determine Network Extender status.
    The Power/Status LED indicator solid blue while the unit is on and in-service.
  2. Press the button below the display to cycle through the following info:
    • Satellite and Device Connection
    • Device IP address and Network Extender MAC ID
    • Timing Source and Device Name
  3. Refer to the Device Display Chart for icon identification.
