Pixel 5 - Record and Play Sound File

Here's how to record sounds and listen to them on your Pixel 5.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Tap
    Recorder
    .
  3. Tap the
    Record icon
    .
  4. Tap the
    Pause icon
     to pause the recording.
    To continue the recording after it's paused, tap
    Resume
    .
  5. Tap
    Add title
     to enter a name for the file then tap
    Save
    .
  6. To listen to a recording, tap the desired file then tap the
    Play icon
    .
    If necessary, press the
    volume buttons
     to adjust volume up or down during playback.
    To delete the recording, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Delete
     twice to confirm.
