TCL TAB FAMILY EDITION - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to check Do Not Disturb settings if your TCL TAB FAMILY EDITION isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sound
    Do Not Disturb
    .
  3. Tap
    View all exceptions
    .
  4. Tap any of the available switches (e.g., Allow alarms , Play media sounds, etc.) to turn on or off.
  5. Tap
    Allow messages
    .
  6. Tap
    Allow messages
     on the next page then select an option (e.g., From anyone, From contacts only, etc.).
  7. Tap the
    Back icon
     Back icon.
  8. To turn a schedule on or off, tap the
    schedule name
    .
    To create a new schedule tap
    Add more
    .
