Apple iPhone - Install Device Software Updates

Here's how to check for and install software updates on your iPhone.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Apple® iPhone®.
  2. Navigate:
    General
    Software Update
    Update Now
    .
  3. Review the Terms and Conditions then tap
    Agree
    .
  4. Once the software update is complete, slide the unlock switch to the right to unlock the device.
