TCL 10 5G UW - Add / Remove Face Recognition

Here's how to set up and remove facial recognition on your TCL 10 5G UW.
  1. Ensure a secure lock screen type has been set up.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Security
    Face Unlock
    .
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • For first-time setup:
      1. From the 'Set up face unlock' prompt tap
        Continue
        .
      2. Enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
      3. From the 'Get ready to unlock..' prompt tap
        Start
        .
      4. Align your face within the circle and follow on-screen prompts until the process is complete then tap
        Continue
        .
    • To remove face data:
      1. From the 'Face Unlock' menu, tap
        Delete face model
        .
      2. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
        Delete
        .
