If you can't view website images or web pages on your CTL Chromebook, here's how to check whether the browser is set to allow cookies.
If you can't browse the internet or view website images on your CTL® Chromebook NL71CT-L, check these settings.
  1. Navigate:

  2. Tap or click the
    Menu icon
     Menu button icon (upper-right) then tap or click

  3. In the 'Privacy and security' section, tap or click
    Site Settings
    .
  4. Tap or click

    .
  5. Tap or click one of the following to select that action for cookies:

    • Block third-party cookies in incognito
    • Block third-party cookies
    • Block all cookies (not recommended)
  6. Tap or click
    Add
     next to any of the following, enter the site name (URL) and then tap or click
    Add
     again:
    • Sites that can always use cookies
    • Always clear cookies when windows are closed
    • Sites that can never use cookies
