Here's how to factory / hard reset your CTL Chromebook if the screen freezes or app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset on your CTL® Chromebook NL71CT-L only if absolutely necessary as it removes all data including system data, app data and media.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     then tap
    Advanced
    .
  2. In the Reset settings section, tap or click
    Powerwash
    .
  3. Tap or click
    Restart
    .
  4. Tap or click
    Powerwash
    .
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If needed, set up your device. If troubleshooting third-party apps, don't restore app data.
