TCL 10 5G UW - Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your TCL 10 5G UW.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    .
  3. Perform any of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. Tap
        Screen lock
        .
      2. Tap the Fingerprint switch to turn on switch on icon or off switch off icon.
      3. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint. Repeat as necessary until the process is complete.
      4. Tap
        Done
        (lower-right).
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Fingerprint sensor
        .
      2. Tap
        Manage fingerprints
        .
      3. Tap
        Add fingerprint
        .
        Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      4. Using on-screen prompts as a guide, lightly tap the
        Fingerprint sensor
         (back of device) multiple times to scan your fingerprint.
      5. Tap 'Done' if finished or 'Add fingerprint' to continue adding fingerprints.
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Tap
        Fingerprint sensor
        .
      2. Tap
        Manage fingerprints
        .
      3. From the Fingerprints section, tap the
        Delete icon
         Delete icon to the far right of the fingerprint you wish to remove.
      4. Tap
        REMOVE
        .
