GPS location access is needed by some apps on your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch to share your location, but can be turned off to save battery life.
Ensure the software is up to date on your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Power / Home button
     to open the apps screen. Power Home button
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    Connectivity
    .
  3. Tap the
    Location switch
     to turn on or off.
