Nokia 8 V 5G UW - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your Nokia 8 V 5G UW.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on On switch.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. From the Wi-Fi networks section, tap the preferred network.
      2. If prompted, enter the appropriate password then tap
        CONNECT
        .
        To view the password as it's being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap
        Add network
         (at the bottom).
      2. From the Network name (SSID) field, enter the appropriate name.
      3. Tap the 'Security field'
        dropdown menu
         .
      4. Tap the applicable security option (None, WEP, WPA/WPA2-Personal, etc.).
      5. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password then tap
        Connect
        .
      6. If necessary, tap
        Advanced options
         to enable any additional settings (e.g., Proxy settings, IP settings, etc).
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap
        Saved networks
        .
      2. Tap the applicable network then tap
        FORGET
        .
