Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Send / Receive Message

Here's how to send or receive a text / media message via the Push to Talk + Dispatch Console.

Launch the Dispatch Console.

Navigate:

Start

Apps

Dispatch Console menu

Select the

Contacts tab

Click the

Engage in message icon

then do any of the following:

To send a message, enter the message in the text area then click the

Send icon

To add an attachment, click the

Attach File icon

then select one of the following:

Attach Video

Attach Photo

Attach Document

Attach Audio

To view message history, select the desired member or talkgroup (on the left side of the 'Messages' screen).

Message history will show all communications and media (PTT, IPA, locations, photos, etc.).
