Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Adjust Geofence Settings
Here's how to manage virtual boundary settings via the Push to Talk + Dispatch Console.
- Launch the Dispatch Console.Navigate: .
- Select theTalkgroups tab.
- Right-click the talkgroup then clickAdd Geofence.A Geofence tab opens below the monitored talkgroup activity window.
- Click and drag to move the map or search for the location from the location address and locate the location pin.
- Select the circular shape from the fence shape.If necessary, drag the circle to re-size.
- ClickConfirm Fence.
- From the 'Create a Fence' screen, enter the following information then clickSave:
- Name
- Location Update Interval (Seconds)
- Fence Period (Minutes)
- Click the box to turn on (check) any of the following:
- Notify Me
- Notify Members
- Add Fence to Favorites
- Once a fence is created, click theGeofence icon
at any time in the Talkgroups tab to open the Geofence tab.
