LG V60 ThinQ 5G UW - Turn HD Voice & Video On / Off

Here's how to turn HD voice and video calling for your V60 ThinQ 5G on or off.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Advanced Calling
    .
  2. Tap
    Advanced Calling
    .
  3. Tap the
    HD Voice and Video calling
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
  4. If presented with a confirmation screen, tap
    OK
    .
    Review the disclaimer regarding billing and data usage.
  5. Select one of the following:
    Selected when a dot is present.
    • HD Voice and Video calling
      When video calling is turned on, others can see the phone has video calling.
    • HD Voice only
