Here's how to configure the screen lock settings for your Galaxy S21 5G / S21+ 5G / S21 Ultra 5G.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Lock screen and AOD

Secure lock settings

If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.

Configure any of the following:

Depending on the screen lock type, the options presented may vary.

Tap

Auto lock when screen turns off

then select an option (e.g., Immediately, 5 seconds, 15 seconds, etc.).

Tap any of the following switch(es) to turn on or off:

Lock instantly with Side button

Auto factory reset

Lock network and security

Show Lockdown mode option
