Here's how to turn the Mobile Hotspot for your Galaxy A02s on or off.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  3. Tap the
    Mobile Hotspot switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. If prompted, review the info then tap
    Turn off
