Adjust Account Sync Settings

Adjusting the sync settings on your Galaxy A12 helps manage app updates, improve performance, conserve battery and control data usage.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Sync now
    .
