Move Files from Internal Storage to SD / Memory Card

Moving files to an SD card frees up storage space and helps your Galaxy A12 run more efficiently.

Before you begin

To perform the steps below, an SD / memory card must be installed.

Open the

My Files folder

Tap

Internal storage

then navigate to the directory/folder that contacts the file(s).

Tap the

3-dot Menu

then select

Edit

Select the desired file(s).

Tap

Move

then select the

My Files Home icon

Tap

SD Card

If necessary, navigate to the directory that you want to move the files to.

Tap

Move here
