Set Lock Screen Notifications

Choose whether messages and alerts show in full, remain private or stay silent while the screen on your Galaxy A12 is locked.

Before you begin

Lock screen notifications are only available if a screen lock is enabled.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Lock screen

Notifications

Tap the

Notifications switch

to turn on or off.

When on, configure any of the following:

View Style (e.g., Details, Icons only)

Hide content

Notifications to show (e.g., Alert and silent notifications, Alert notifications only)
