MOTO G PLAY (2021) - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to check Do Not Disturb settings if your moto g play (2021) isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sound
    Do Not Disturb
    .
  3. Tap
    See all exceptions
    .
  4. Tap either of the following then select an option (e.g., From anyone, From contacts only, etc):
    • Allow calls > Allow calls
    • Allow messages > Allow messages
  5. Tap the
    Back icon
     back arrow icon.
  6. Tap any of the following switches (i.e., Allow alarms, Play media sounds, etc.) to turn on or off.
  7. Tap the
    Back icon
    .
  8. To turn a schedule on or off, tap
    Schedules
     then tap the
    schedule name
    .
  9. Tap the
    Back icon
     then tap
    Turn on now
    .
