MOTO G PLAY (2021) - Manage Wireless Emergency Alerts

Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your moto g play (2021).
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the middle to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced
     Down arrow icon then tap
    Wireless emergency alerts
    .
  4. From the 'Alerts' section, tap any of the following to turn on Switch on or off Switch off:
    • Extreme threats
    • Severe threats
    • AMBER alerts
    • Public safety messages
    • State and local test
    • Show Spanish alerts
  5. Tap
    Vibration
     to turn on or off.
  6. Tap
    Alert reminder
    then select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
