Here's how to perform a speed test to determine network quality for Wi-Fi Calling.
- When placing or receiving a call, ensure that all bandwidth-intensive processes are disabled. These processes include but are not limited to:
- File sharing
- Music / Video streaming
- Uploading/Downloading files
- Windows or Antivirus Updates
- Routers may require special configuration (e.g., Firewall, Quality of Service (QoS) settings) to ensure the best possible call quality.Refer to the Internet Service Provider (ISP), Network Administrator, or equipment manufacturer for assistance with these settings.
