Here's how to restore your IdeaPad Duet 3i to default factory settings.
  • Before performing a factory data reset, ensure you back up all important data stored on the device and that it has a full battery life.

  1. From the Home screen, tap or click the
    Windows key
     Windows key.
  2. Tap or click the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon.
  3. Tap or click
    Update & Security
    .
  4. From the 'Update & Security' panel, tap or click
    Recovery
    .
  5. From the 'Reset this PC' section, tap or click
    Get started
    .
  6. From the 'Reset this PC' prompt, choose an option:
    • Keep my files
    • Remove everything
  7. From the 'How would you like to reinstall Windows' screen, choose an option:
    • Cloud download
    • Local reinstall
  8. From the 'Additional settings' screen, review current settings then tap or click
    Next

  9. From the 'Ready to reset this PC' screen, review the info, then tap or click
    Reset

    If applicable, set up your device.
